㈣ How to Identify Quality
The LED light belt market is mixed, and the prices of products from regular manufacturers and Shanzhai factories are very different. If we identify the quality of LED light band from professional technology, I'm afraid many customers don't have this ability. But we can make a preliminary identification from the simple appearance, and we can basically distinguish the quality.
It can be identified from the following aspects:
⑴ Look at the solder joint. The LED lamp belt produced by the regular LED lamp belt manufacturer is produced by SMT patch process, solder paste and reflow soldering. Therefore, the solder joint on the LED lamp belt is relatively smooth and the amount of solder is not much. The solder joint extends from the FPC pad to the LED electrode in an arc shape.
⑵ Look at FPC quality. FPC is divided into copper clad and calendered copper. The copper foil of copper clad plate is convex. If you look closely, you can see from the connection between pad and FPC. Calendered copper is closely connected with FPC, which can be bent arbitrarily without pad falling off. If the copper clad plate is bent too much, the pad will fall off, and too high temperature during maintenance will also cause the pad to fall off.
⑶ Look at the cleanliness of the LED strip surface. The LED lamp belt produced by SMT process has very good surface cleanliness and can't see any impurities and stains. The fake LED light strip produced by hand welding process will leave stains and cleaning marks on its surface no matter how it is cleaned.
⑷ Look at the packaging. The regular LED light belt will be packaged in anti-static reel, 5 meters or 10 meters, and the outside of the package will be sealed with anti-static and moisture-proof packaging bag. The fake version of LED light belt adopts recycled reel without anti-static and moisture-proof packaging bag. If you look at the reel carefully, you can see that there are traces and scratches left when removing the label.
⑸ Look at the label. There will be printed labels on the regular LED light belt packaging bag and reel, not printed labels.
⑹ See the attachment. The regular LED light belt will be attached with the use instructions and light belt specifications in the packing box, and will also be equipped with LED light belt connector or card holder; The fake version of LED light belt packaging box does not have these accessories, because some manufacturers can save after all.
㈤ Attentions to Lighting
① The requirements for brightness are different for different occasions and different products. For example, if the LED jewelry cabinet table lamp is placed in some large shopping malls, we need higher brightness to be attractive, and the same decorative function is also divided into led spotlights, LED colorful light belts and other different products.
② Antistatic ability: LED with strong antistatic ability has long service life, but the price will be higher. Generally, the antistatic voltage should be higher than 700V.
③ Led with the same wavelength and color temperature will have the same color. This lamp combined in large quantities is particularly important. Do not produce too much color difference in the same lamp.
④ The leakage current is the current when the LED is conducting in reverse. We recommend using LED products with smaller leakage current.
⑤ Waterproof capacity, the requirements for outdoor and indoor LED lamps are different.
⑥ LED lighting angle has a great impact on LED lamps and requires great requirements for different lamps. For example, LED fluorescent lamps, we recommend 140-170 degrees. The others are not explained in detail here.
⑦ LED chip determines LED core quality, LED chip brand is very many, has foreign brand, also has Taiwan of China. The prices of different brands are also very different.
